After Purchase
Care & Cleaning Once you receive your jewelry, follow these simple guidelines to ensure that your jewelry will always stay beautiful. Apply all beauty products, such as perfume, hairspray or deodorant, before putting on your jewelry. Jewelry should be removed prior to swimming, showering, exercising, or doing household chores which involve the use of abrasive cleaners or chemicals. Storing silver jewelry in a plastic bag will slow the oxidizing (tarnishing process). To clean most jewelry, including gemstones, use a soft toothbrush and toothpaste to gently scrub the piece. For a deeper cleaning, we recommend a professional ultrasonic cleaning service at your local jeweler. For jewelry with gemstones, make sure to store each piece separately in order to avoid unnecessary scratching.
Ring Sizing Most rings can be resized after purchase for an additional fee. This is usually between $20-40. Please contact me if you need your ring resized before returning it to me. All shipping is the customer's expense. The turn around time for a ring re-sizing is approximately 2 weeks.
Repair I am committed to providing reliable, quality and trustworthy expertise with every purchase. I guarantee an absolutely free repair service for one (1) year from the date of your purchase. This applies to normal wear-and-tear and all manufacturing defects. To request a repair, please contact us before returning the item. Repair costs and times may vary for damages caused by an accident or customer’s fault. Ring resizing is not included in the repair service.
